Our safety team will passionately pursue compliance with safe practices dictated by locations, conditions, and circumstances unique to each jobsite.

Our record proves our commitment to safety. With an extremely low workers’ compensation rate and a full time safety staff across the State, the Lyles Construction Group realizes the necessity of safe construction operations. Consistent with our corporate values and the belief that our strength lies in our employees, the continued health and safety of our people is paramount to the continued success of the Lyles Construction Group. Our award winning safety program is based upon a “Zero Accident Culture.”

We support the philosophy that work related injury and illness are not acceptable and that work related incidents are preventable. Our culture ensures continuous and cooperative efforts to solve issues as they arise and ensure that resources are available for training, hazard control, safety incentive programs and safety equipment. This culture starts from the president of the company on down through all levels of the organization. This culture involves participation at all levels which focus on constant detailed evaluation and improvement to eliminate all hazards in the workplace.
